Webflow development
I built on Webflow for years before this site moved off it, and I still build on it, because for the right team it is the right call. The difference now is that when it isn't, I have somewhere honest to point you.
What I build in Webflow
Sites your team can safely edit: a component library with global propagation, design tokens managed through Webflow variables, and layouts locked at the structural level with the content fields left open. Marketing changes the words and images; nobody can accidentally break the grid.
Packages
A single polished landing page starts at £699. A site of up to five static pages and one CMS collection starts at £1,699. Larger builds, including the authority platform, start at £3,500. Every project gets a written scope before any money moves.
Straight answers
- When do you recommend Webflow, and when a custom build?
- Webflow when your team edits the site visually and marketing owns it day to day. A custom build when performance, custom tools or the cost of a builder subscription over several years matter more. I put my recommendation and the reasoning in the proposal, and this site is a custom build precisely because of that second list.
- Can you take over an existing Webflow site?
- Yes. Most of my support work is exactly that: a site someone else built, needing fixes, changes or a steady pair of hands. See the support page for how that is priced.
- Will you tell me if Webflow is the wrong choice?
- Yes, in the first conversation and in writing. Recommending against a platform I am certified in is uncomfortable exactly as often as it is necessary.
