The strip above is this site holding itself to the same budget, measured from its latest build. The case study shows the working →
Built with AI, directed by hand
I build with AI agents doing the production work while I direct, review and test every change. That changes the economics of custom development. If you have priced a fully custom site before and walked away, the figure that put you off is probably out of date — it is worth a conversation before you settle for a template.
Custom design, either way
The design is always custom; the platform underneath is a choice I make with you in the first conversation. Sometimes the right answer is a hand-coded build like this site. Sometimes it is Webflow, which I have built on for years and still recommend when it fits. Either way you will know exactly which one you are paying for, and why.
Process and price
It starts with a conversation about what the site needs to do. From that I write a proposal with a fixed scope and a written price. There is no price list on this page because the number depends on what you need built. You own the repository, the hosting account and every credential from day one.
